Personal Journey
Life and business coach Dr Sofia Vasilara has enjoyed a long successful career in Athens, London, and Dubai. Prior to undertaking life, wellness, and relationships coaching, she had first experienced her own personal and professional transformation.
Starting her career as a dental surgeon, a graduate of the Athens University School of Dentistry, she practised professionally in the affluent Kolonaki area in Athens for 15 years. Motivated and energetic, she responded to all her patients’ concerns, including their desire for total beauty and well-being.
This prompted her to expand her studies to face care and aesthetics, homeopathy and bio-feedback, which she began to apply in combination with cosmetic dentistry, with the goal of providing her clients with a more holistic well-being, alongside their external appearance.
She often also appeared as a beauty consultant on television shows during the 1990s and 2000s, and presented her own beauty show on BlueSky TV between 2004 and 2005.
In 2007, she moved to Dubai to take up the position of Managing Director at a multinational luxury cosmetics company, where she remained for more than a decade. At the same time, she worked as a celebrity beauty mentor in Dubai and London before deciding to broaden her knowledge once again and focus on the study of modern life coaching and a variety of sophisticated healing, meditation and psychotherapy techniques.
Certified Coach & Healer
Today, Dr. Sofia Vasilara is a certified life coach and relationships consultant, member of the HCCMA (Hellenic Counseling, Coaching and Mentoring Association), energy healing practitioner, karma healing practitioner and master trainer. She is also an anti-ageing, beauty and wellness consultant.
Certified in many ancient and contemporary techniques of deep healing, personal development and life coaching, which she has been practising for over a decade, she offers sessions both in person and remotely (by phone or online, on Viber, WhatsApp, Zoom, etc) seeking the radical solution to a wide range of personal issues.
Using also her experience as a successful business owner and manager in sales-driven markets with high competition, Dr Sofia Vasilara delivers business and corporate coaching sessions/seminars to groups and individuals (business professionals/companies/ groups of employees).
