Questions you may have before we begin

What kind of issues can I bring to a session?

Anything you’re ready to explore. This may include emotional overwhelm, burnout, subconscious patterns, relationship difficulties, loss of direction, or the desire to reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to “fit” into a category to reach out.

Do I need to have experience with healing or coaching?

Not at all. Whether this is your first time or you’ve tried many things before, the session will meet you exactly where you are, gently and respectfully.

How do the sessions take place?

Sessions are available both online and in person (Athens – Dubai – London). Online sessions are held via Zoom, WhatsApp, Botim or Viber. You’ll choose the platform that feels most comfortable for you.

What’s the difference between coaching and healing?

Coaching is more structured and goal-oriented, while healing focuses on releasing emotional or energetic blocks. In practice, they often blend naturally, we’ll combine what serves you best in the moment.

How can I know if this is right for me?
